All residential developments require Part F (ventilation) and Part G (water) calculations in order to prove compliance with Building Regulations.

Ventilation (Part F)

Our practised consultants will help you calculate the purge and background ventilation rates, check window apertures and the required ventilation rates from extractor fans (system 1) and permanent mechanical ventilation (MEV / dMEV system 3 and MVHR system 4).

We frequently find that designs are not compliant, typically on larger rooms with small windows.

Water (Part G)

Our team can provide compliant water calculations using BRE software and ensure that your preferred fit-out specification complies with Building Regulations and Planning requirements.
