Environmental Economics is a major provider of new build SAP and EPC assessments in the UK, issuing approximately 30,000 SAPs per annum.

Our assessors are highly trained and fully accredited, with significant experience working with national and regional housebuilders on both architect-led projects and single properties. We routinely provide cost engineering for clients and help one of our national housebuilder clients save over a million pounds on build costs per annum (against their standard specification).

Our main clients rely on us to provide solutions for new regulations, to achieve local planning policy and to revise specifications so that they deliver cost savings.

This service incorporates English (Approved Document L), Scottish (Section 6 & 7) and Welsh (Approved Document L) regulations.
