BREEAM Assessments

The BREEAM assessment process requires co-ordination, a professional attitude and the ability to explain the complex BREEAM requirements in plain English. We are qualified, registered BREEAM assessors and are very proud to have helped numerous clients achieve BREEAM ratings of "Excellent" and "Very Good".

We have a dedicated team of sustainability specialists who have experience with numerous BREEAM schemes. This includes new builds and refurbishments (both domestic and commercial). For the pre-planning stage we are able to provide BREEAM pre-assessments and assist the project team through the multitude of choices available.

The assessment can also be greatly improved by feeding in data from our SBEM Reports, leading to a comprehensive fulfilment of energy compliance.
